Our salmon is smoked at the Maxim Food factory in Egypt, a member of the European Salmon Smokers Association (ESSA), and arrives sliced and ready to serve. Choose Soly or Caviale, Norwegian or Scottish, from 50g packs up to a full kilo, plus balik and value trimmings for pasta and salads. How to choose: 100–200g for breakfast or starters, 500g–1kg for gatherings, trimmings for cooking. Chilled delivery across Cairo and Giza, same day for orders before 5 PM.
