Delivery Areas, Fees & Times
Maxim Food delivers fresh, frozen and smoked seafood to your door in Cairo and Giza, packed in ice boxes so chilled items stay chilled and frozen items stay frozen. Here is everything you need to know about fees, delivery windows and the areas we cover.
Delivery fee
- Delivery costs EGP 59 per order in all the areas listed below, except the New Administrative Capital and 10th of Ramadan.
- Delivery to the New Administrative Capital and 10th of Ramadan costs EGP 200 per order.
- Orders of EGP 2,500 or more ship free in the EGP 59 areas.
Delivery windows
You choose your delivery window at checkout. There are three windows a day:
- 11 AM – 2 PM
- 3 PM – 6 PM
- 6 PM – 9 PM
Orders placed before 5 PM can be delivered the same day. Not every window is available in every area; the table below shows which windows serve your area.

When your order arrives
- Check the box in front of the courier: frozen items should be hard frozen and chilled items cold to the touch.
- Put frozen items in the freezer and chilled items in the fridge straight away.
- If anything arrives damaged, thawed or wrong, see our refund and returns policy.
Frequently asked questions
How much is delivery?
EGP 59 per order, and free on orders of EGP 2,500 or more. Delivery to the New Administrative Capital and 10th of Ramadan is EGP 200.
Can I get my order today?
Yes, if you order before 5 PM and a delivery window is still available for your area that day.
Which window can I choose?
It depends on your area. The New Cairo settlements and Sheikh Zayed have all three windows; other areas are served in the afternoon or evening windows shown in the tables above.
Do you deliver outside these areas?
We currently deliver only to the areas listed in the tables above.
