How to use?
1. Lay out your bamboo mat with a piece of plastic wrap on top (optional)
2. Make sure that the dried seaweed (nori) has its rough side facing upward.
3. Spread rice evenly over the nori while leaving space at the top and bottom of the sheet.
4. Start rolling while lightly pressing on the mat to make a perfect tight roll
