How to use?
Fine caviar should be served very cold in a non-metallic bowl for the best experience as they may impart a metallic taste to the caviar. Use utensils made of glass, wood, and plastic instead.
Caviar is best served simply, possibly alongside toast or unsalted crackers. Or it can be used on the top of the sushi roll for added crunch.
